My attraction to design goes all the way back to early post-toddlerhood. My mother had gotten me my first LEGO set and I was just scratching the surface of possibilities. Looking back, I realize most kids focused on function – cobbling together multi-colored buildings that mostly got the job done. I, on the other hand, searched tirelessly for the correctly-sized dark-gray brick to fill the vacant space on my color-coordinated building. Sure, it took a little longer. But to me, was well worth it.

Recently I’ve grown an agency that exclusively works in the service-provider space. “Service-provider?” I hear you ask yourself. Basically any business that differentiates on service. Our client list includes 150-location dog trainer franchises, multi-state IT firms, and commercial real estate private equity.
